Join us for a powerful evening of Group Mantra chanting with the Mantra "OM", sometimes spelled "AUM". The practice or the mantra OM itself are also sometimes referred to as Pranava or Omkar. Mantra meditation brings about focus, deeper peace and personal healing.

What if it rains? We relocate to Suwanee Creek Park, 2 miles south of Suwanee Town Center on Buford Highway. Turn into park, we'll be at the first pavilion on the left.
How Much? Just $5.00!

We practice a dynamic style of yoga that includes a continuous sequence of postures that are linked to one another through synchronization of the breath. It is a deep and active practice that realigns the body, steadies the mind, and builds strength and a sense of inner peace. It develops concentration, reduces stress, and eventually brings a wonderful sense of tranquility to the mind.

Students progress at their own pace. Classes are open to all levels, and beginners are welcome.

Classes are provided by Registered Yoga Teachers, which means they have completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program certified by the Yoga Alliance. They are committed to sharing the experience and possibilities of yoga with others. Students are encouraged to be present for every moment and each movement and to practice being fully aware in both times of happiness and times of difficulty. Students are supported in their efforts to continue to grow and develop; to bring their life practice to the next level.

Hapkido is considered a "soft" style of Martial Art, as opposed to "hard" styles that practice the use of force against force, making the outcome a simple matter of size and strength. The Hapkido practitioner diverts or suppresses an attacker's flow of energy peacefully, this diversion allows him to use the attackers power against himself leading to the attackers defeat. Through the use of pressure on certain skeletal joints and pressure points, very little strength is needed to overcome an opponent.
