Arnis is a Filipino Martial Art of stickfighting and empty hand self-defense. Arnis is a blend of many aspects of the martial arts. Through a relaxed teaching style, you will learn a variety of stick, empty hand and jujitsu techniques. These include blocks and disarms with empty hand and cane, jointlocks, strategy, throwing and controls, ground fighting, flow drills, trapping hands and kickboxing. East Coast Swing Lessons Beginner 1 in Lawrenceville

Description:
East Coast Swing is one of the most diverse dances anyone can learn. From timeless classics of the 40's and 50's to chart toppers of today, swing is definitely here to stay. We will guide you through some fun swing dance combinations, as well as teach you how to easily dance with just about anyone by teaching you some easy lead & follow techniques. Swing is a great one to know how to dance especially if you are going to a wedding, company party, or just hanging out at a restaurant with a nice dance floor.

You still have to PRACTICE though. So have fun and a positive attitude towards learning, a smile on your face and open your mind to something new and exciting! This includes you husbands or boyfriends who were talked into taking this class by a certain person of the female persuasion.

What to wear/ Not to wear:
- wear comfortable but decent outfits and shoes.
- no rubber sole shoes, flip flops, or sandals

- No partner required, but you are certainly welcome to bring one.
  We will be switching partners, but if you absolutely want to stay with your partner that is not a problem. :-)
