I.Position Purpose:
The Manager, Strategy and Integration supports the Vice President, Strategy and Integration in managing global strategy development and executing strategic initiatives to achieve defined growth and performance targets for the organization. The incumbent will also support global functions to include Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Purchasing in carrying:out selected projects on an ad:hoc basis.

II.Major Accountability:
The Manager, Strategy and Integration will have responsibility for the following:
:Analytical support during the companys annual strategic planning process to include:
:Market research and data collection
:industry, product, customer and financial analysis
:Support the preparation and execution of regional and functional strategy workshops and / or work streams
:Support the consolidation of the 5:year strategic business plan
:Support the preparation of final results to the Board, Senior Staff, regional and functional teams
:Program management support on strategic initiatives
:Perform progress reviews and attention directing on strategic initiatives
:Establish transparency of strategic initiative impacts
:Conduct performance benchmarking and plan vs. actual reviews
:Conduct performance gap reviews and mitigation planning
:Project management on selected initiatives
:Develop project charters and set:up project teams
:Align on project objectives and approach with key stakeholders
:Manage project work streams according to defined project objectives

III.Functional Knowledge and Business Expertise:
The incumbent will be required to combines strong analytical and delivery capabilities with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. He/She must be experienced in leading goal oriented projects from definition to implementation in an international environment. Familiarity with state:of:the:art project management methodologies and the ability these within the companys project management framework. The incumbent must be able to effectively guide project teams even without a formal line of report. The candidate will interact with all disciplines, functions and other operations within the organization. The candidate must be well organized, with strong problem solving and program / project management skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment to drive execution and timely delivery of results vs. targets.

Bachelor Degree and between 5 to 8 years experience is required
Masters Degree preferred
A proven track record as a project consultant at a leading strategy consultancy
Be a self:starter with a high degree of self:motivation requiring minimum guidance in accomplishing the objectives
Fluent in English
