This ad is for a legit job. We are reaching out trying to find the best people for the spots.

Don't continue unless you have real bar experience. Fine dining, catering, coffee shops, pizza delivery, etc... doesn't count.

I need one person to start in April and another a few months later. We need good bartender/waiter at our small bar on the Dutch/French line in SXM. We are number one on TripAdvisor and it's mainly from the great staff. The bar is kind of a local dive on a busy marina in a part of the island thats like a small town. We have good bar food, live music occasionally, pour your own happy hour, best beer selection in the islands, and get crazy busy during the regattas. SXM is reasonably priced and easy to get around. We have a small staff and typically run one at the bar, one on the floor, and one in the kitchen so you need to be able to handle stress and hustle. You would typically work 4-5 shifts a week with plenty of time off to explore. This isn't a place to get rich but you can have a great life. You must have current experience and speak a little bit of another language, French would be ideal. You should understand working for tips and the North American market. You should be able to run a bar on your own. I'm ideally looking for someone that can also help organize and has a little management exp.
