The Homes By Lorie Team at Keller Williams Realty is ready to grow and looking for talented individuals that have big goals, big dreams, and the grit to make them a reality We are following the MREA 2 growth model which provides unlimited opportunity for those who desire to take advantage.
Inside Sales Associates make outbound calls to secure qualified appointments. Leads and systems are provided.
:Phone sales and/ or telemarketing experience a plus. Strong phone skills a must.
:Real estate sales a plus.
:Positive and Great Attitude a must.
:Applicant must be licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia or be willing to obtain license prior to start of position.
:We provide structure, training, coaching, and systems to reach the goals.
:This is a production role with weekly quota. We are attached to the results, not the hours worked. Once trained goal can be reached in 4 hours a day most days
At Minimum Standards: 85,000 a year plus
At Goal: ,000 a year plus

Responsibilities and Duties
:You will memorize and internalize scripts.
:You will learn how to succeed with different personality profiles.
:You will practice and role play 5 days a week with team members.
:You will use team systems to call leads 3 to 5 hours each work day. We utilize all forms of technology to communicate.
:You will schedule appointments.
:You will pre:quallify appointments.
:You will track daily dials, contacts, appointments set, and conversion rate for appointments attended by outside sales department.
