Real Estate office manager/assistant
I am looking for a real estate assistant who will support me daily in the office by handling a lot of different tasks. This will be a fast:paced environment and will require a very tech:savvy person with real estate and marketing experience.You will be helping me in growing a business very quickly and must have qualities to become a manager or VP. I am looking for for an experienced real estate assistant or must have past real estate sales experience.
You must understand Microsoft programs, Apple computer system, Adobe, and general marketing design software. Daily task will include real estate marketing, client follow:up, real estate contracts and much more. The right person will be able to handle multiple projects and task at one time. YOU MUST be very detailed
Requirements:
:Real Estate contract knowledge is a HUGE plus.
:Ability to work in a very fast:paced environment and under strict deadlines.
:Strong typing and computer skills (including Microsoft Word).
:Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to importance.
:Self:starter with strong initiative.
:STRONG attention to detail.
:Get it done attitude.
:Strong verbal and communication skills.
:Data Entry skills.
