Madison Property Management, madison:pm , is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to come on board at our apartment community located in the heart of Dunwoody. If youre ready for a new challenge, then MPM has a tremendous opportunity. Get in on the ground floor of a multi:million dollar apartment community renovation where youll get to show of your skills, while also being supported to improve upon them.
As Maintenance Supervisor youll be on the front lines helping us achieve resident happiness and retention. Youll be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the property, from the inside out. Change is a constant :there are no typical days. Daily responsibilities could include running work orders, exterior maintenance, turnover or make ready units, and appliance repairs. Additionally, Maintenance Supervisors often have to respond to after hour emergencies. So, a willingness and availability to be on:call is a must.

What Youll Do
Liability and risk assessment.
Work independently with little supervision.
Supervise and coordinate activities of a maintenance team to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient manner.
Maximize resident retention based on maintenance personnels effectiveness and attitude, response time, curb appeal, property amenities, as well as, budget control.
Be required to perform on:call emergency service as requested.
Communicate clearly to residents and respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely professional manner with a sense of urgency.
Complete apartment turns and touch ups as needed to maintain a 100 show ready and move in ready unit.
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors and ensure compliance to MPM standards.
Exert over 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
