Mansions at Sandy Springs, an Independent Senior Living Community in Norcross/Peachtree Corners is looking for qualified individuals to join our team
Ideal candidates should have TWO or more years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, hotel, hospitality, or property management. Candidate must also possess a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi:task. Candidates should be flexible in schedule and able to work weekends.
Job Requirements:
:Follow up with internet leads and referrals, answer prospect calls, schedule appointments, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features
:Collect and post application fees and deposits.
:Ensure best curb appeal possible for marketing flags, signs, banners, balloons, etc.
:Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and that of major competition
:Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data in the computer, and assist with other computer data entry as necessary
:Prepare and submit resident application materials for approval
:Deliver new resident gifts and move in packets
:Assist with planning and hosting resident functions
:Schedules necessary repairs, make:ready and housekeeping activities.
:Inspect units for move ins to ensure units are ready. Prepare service requests and ensure completion to customer satisfaction
:Maintain an open line of communication with the Executive Director and Marketing Director to ensure cohesiveness of working environment and resident satisfaction
:Candidates will have the ability to overcome objections with confidence to show value, explaining the benefits of choosing our community over the competition.
:Showcase and highlight the value of experiencing an enriched retirement in one of our communities.
:Assist in current residents needs at front desk.
:Be willing to jump in wherever necessary to help the success of the community and comfort of residents.
Desired Skills and Experience :
:Must pass a drug test and nationwide criminal background analysis
:This position requires candidate to be available to work weekends or evenings if needed
:At least TWO years of experience in
leasing/sales/marketing, hotel or hospitality, apartments or senior housing
:Must have basic knowledge of computers; MS Office, MS Excel, internet and social media
:Candidate must have excellent customer service skills
:Must be reliable and on:time each day
:Should be able to work independently as well as under supervision and as part of a team
