Are you a call:crushing phone animal? We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent to assist our growing Real Estate Team in Marietta As an Inside Sales Agent you will be speaking with online leads to assist them in the home buying process and cold calling to sellers to assist in the home selling process. You will use your exceptional phone skills and relationship building ability to set appointments for some of the best real estate agents in the business. The Inside Sales Agent is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and works with a sense of urgency. This enthusiastic, self:starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow:up.
This individual will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads. This person also has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads.

Job Responsibilities:
Prospect for new leads calling Expired/FSBOs, past clients in database, Sphere of Influence, Just Listed, etc.
Service inbound leads from sign calls and online sources and determine where they are in the buying/selling process.
Manage contacts in CRM, and consistently nurture and follow:up with viable leads to convert into scheduled appointments.
Keep track of completed tasks and goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
Job Qualifications:
Cold calling experience, phone sales, and/or telemarketing experience required.
Has excellent organizational, time management, and detail oriented follow:up skills.
Ability to practice, memorize, and internalize call scripts
Effective written and verbal communication : Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, articulate, and well:spoken.
Excellent phone communication skills. Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps, and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Prior experience in customer service preferred.
Prior usage of real estate CRM systems and Followupboss preferred.
Active Georgia Real Estate license strongly preferred, but not required . If you dont have one, we can help you obtain one.

The position is based out of office in Marietta, Georgia. Monday through Friday 8am until 5pm or 11am to 8pm : Weekends are optional.
COMPENSATION: Base salary + bonuses for appointments set + percentage of commission
