JOB SUMMARY: Social Media Specialist
The Social Media Specialist will be an integral part of the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven success in the creation and execution of Facebook Marketing campaigns. The Social Media Specialist is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.
Community leadership and participation (both online and offline) are integral to a Social Media Specialists success. An essential component is communicating the companys brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract todays modern, hyper:connected buyers.
These essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Brand development and management
Content creation, promotion, and management
Assist in creating promotions and sponsored marketing campaigns via Facebook to drive conversion and revenue.
Plan, execute, and optimize assigned marketing initiatives or strategies specifically using Facebook
Development of engagement strategies
Cultivate relevant content topics to reach the companys target customers
Monitor KPI and assess ROI goals on all marketing initiatives and adapt message accordingly
Development of brand awareness and reputation management
Cultivation of leads via engagement with the public
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of Facebook campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent working experience in a digital marketing position.
Proven Facebook marketing, customer acquisition and retention program development experience
Facebook Ad Manager and Power Editor experience are required
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, from start to completion, in a fast:paced environment.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
Ability to relate to and communicate with target audience
Experience driving traffic using Facebook Ads is a must
Salesforce and Pardot experience strongly preferred
SQL and Tableau experience preferred
Candidates MUST be able to provide proof and show history of successful Facebook Marketing campaigns with strong ROI. We are not looking for someone that has experience posting content to a Facebook page for this role. We need an individual that has ran Facebook Ad Campaigns and has been successful in doing so.
