Job Title: Call Center Representative / Medical Marketing and Sales
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Location: Marietta, Cobb County
Experience: 1 Year, Bi:lingual Spanish a Plus
Status: Full Time
Compensation: Hourly/Non:Exempt, Dependent upon Experience; Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays)
As a well:established and busy Atlanta medical group, we are seeking a Full Time Medical Sales/Marketing associate based in our Marietta Office location. The ideal candidate will be driven, attentive to details, demonstrate strong customer service skills, have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, offer superior telephone and communication skills, have strong typing and computer skills and ability to manage appointment scheduling while communicating and following up with all parties involved. Bi:lingual Spanish is a PLUS . Previous experience in a Call Center setting is a huge PLUS This position is fast:paced and requires a candidate with high energy and excellent customer service experience Our firm is seeking a candidate with previous Sales/Marketing experience in the medical field. Call Center Representative Job Duties:
:Determines eligibility by comparing client information with the requirements.
:Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
:Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up:sell accounts; explaining main benefits of the company.
:Ability to complete After:Call Work (ACW): ACW encompasses data:entry, activity codes, form completion, and Inbound/outbound communication
:Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
:Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Basic Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent One or more years of sales experience / call center experience.
