If so, we are currently seeking a Product Management Specialist to support the P&S Product Management team. Work You’ll Do: As part of the P&S Product Management team, you will help define and update a product strategy for our growing product portfolio with a focus on early stage product development. You will assist Senior Product Management and the go-to-market team to ensure end-to-end organization readiness. Responsibilities include: • Assisting in the definition and prioritization of key target segments, understanding market needs and working with customer groups to refine product strategy for new products • Assessing the assigned industry trends and business requirements in order to help successfully develop the product roadmap and launch new products • Scoping out initial product ideas and creating mock-ups; partnering with the internal development hub (iLab) during the prototype stage • Working with internal engineering/product development team on product build • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on customer/decision-maker/end-user feedback and managing success and evolution of tools in the marketplace • Assisting with additional pre-launch activities to ensure business readiness The Team The P&S practice is an organization within Deloitte Consulting whose goal is to build a culture of continuous innovation to drive profitable revenue through the identification and incubation of breakthrough ideas in IP assets-based businesses and markets. The Product Management Team is responsible for designing, building, supporting and delivering groundbreaking new products, while managing our existing product portfolio of software, analytics and SaaS-based products. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. • 4+ years of product management experience working in a software, analytics or SaaS product environment • Proven experience working closely with an engineering organization to define applications and tools and assist in managing them through the entire product life cycle • Proven track record of product management background, to include assisting in the launch of successful new products, managing product releases and developing go-to-market strategies • Experience executing winning product launches with a small team • Experience in new product development from ideation specification • Experience working closely with engineering organization to define applications and tools and manage them through the entire product life cycle • Proven ability to successfully partner with internal senior stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to juggle many competing priorities/deadlines How you'll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
