Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate the posting of job opportunities via Taleo and external job boards and websites
Source, engage, screen, manage interviews and hire top tech talent
Initiate pre-employment background checks, prepare offers
Understand the market and come up with creative ways to connect with the right talent
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs; Work with managers from beginning to conclusion of assignment
Collaborate with the rest of the Recruiting, HR Employee Relations as well as Learning and Development Team
Assist with campus recruitment process

Requirements:


5+ years of successful recruiting experience in a tech-focused environment
Generalist experience will be considered a plus
Property/Casualty Insurance Company experience a plus
Relationship builder and proactively engage with hiring managers and candidates
Ability to prioritize and time-manage in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Must be organized and able to multi-task
Familiarity with Taleo or similar ATS and well-versed in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
