For further details, please visit us at: www.ists-inc.com Our parent company - Clear2Pay (C2P), is hiring a Senior Business Analyst in Alpharetta, GA. This is a fulltime permanent position.
Job Responsibilities: Participate and lead requirement discovery sessions and functional walkthroughs to identify gaps between business requirements and existing C2P products. Work with the SME and Product Manager to understand their detailed requirements and arrive at a mutually agreeable solution that minimizes cost and risk for C2P.
Produce business focused deliverables for each release or set of project objectives (Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Processing Flows, Wire Frames, Screen Specifications, Functional Data Models, etc). Produce technical focused deliverables such as Functional and Non-Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Data Mappings, Test Cases, etc.
Present the detailed documentation to the SME and Product Manager for approval, and then to the C2P development team for development. Work with the C2P development team to answer any questions that come up during the development cycle.
Work with the C2P Development team to help clarify requirements and act as a liaison between customers and development with questions.
Work with the C2P QA team to review the writing and execution of test scripts to assure that the gaps were closed, and that the software works as specified.
Assist the Technical Support team as necessary providing level three support for delivered code bases, specifically to verify, isolate, and resolve cases.
Become the product expert on C2Pâs Open Payment Framework (OPF) product and the various Regional Products created by C2P Americas.
Works with the Prodoct Manager, Delivery Manager, and BA Lead to define iteration criteria and to produce project deliverables. Provide status reports to Delivery and Product Managers. Education, Experience and Other Qualifications
Ideally the candidate will have a combination of experience at a bank (Money Desk, Wire Room/Funds Transfer) and at a payments related technology / software company. The candidate will have a successful track record and hands-on experience creating highly detailed functional analysis deliverables. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be expected to have expert ability in eliciting, documenting and evaluating functional requirements which involve multiple organizations, complex financial calculations and technical topics.
An ideal candidate specifically would: Have 5+ years of experience in the cash management/payments space, with emphasis on international and domestic payments.
Be knowledgeable of SWIFT, ISO, Fedwire, NACHA, CHIPS, and non-US format standards for payment processing and implementation of systems to support such processing with a financial institution. (CTP/CCM and/or AAP credentials desired). Required Qualifications Experience with Cash Management, payment processing, and/or international payment processing.
A minimum of three years performing business or systems analysis.
Undergraduate degree from an accredited university with strong academic performance in business or technology or a suitable professional equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience making presentations to clients, managers, executives and/or technical staff. Must be detail-oriented and able to understand and communicate business requirements and product functionality.
Must have experience working with and in front of customers Demonstrated ability to elicit information and resolve ambiguities when requirements are unclear or insufficient.
Successful professional track record combined with experience working in high pressure, demanding environments.
Ability to work under strict deadlines and short turnaround time frames.
Exceptional teamwork skills in leading and collaborating with others.
Requires experience with MS Office, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be willing to reach out to colleagues for training or assistance. Desired Skills and Abilities Experience working in financial institutions or for an application service provider (ASP) is preferred.
Knowledge of development methodologies such as RUP, Agile or other iterative processes.
