NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an IT Help Desk/Call Center Agent to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities:
The Computer Operator III processes a range of scheduled routines. In addition to operating the system and resolving common error conditions, this worker diagnoses and acts on machine stoppage and error conditions not fully covered by existing procedures and guidelines (e.g., resetting switches and other controls or making mechanical adjustments to maintain or restore

In response to computer output instructions or error conditions, the Computer Operator III may deviate from standard procedures if standard procedures do not provide a solution and refers problems which do not respond to corrective procedures to a person of supervisory or higher individual contributor level.

Required Qualifications:
● Education HS/GED or equivalent experience - 2+ years IT related experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
● 3+ years of IT Helpdesk/Call Center experience, user support, Win7/Win10, Outlook, and ticketing system knowledge/experience
● 2+ years hardware experience working with a variety of Intel based PCs, laptops, tablets, and servers; mobile phone support (Droid, Blackberry, & IPhone)
● 2+ years software experience: Win7/Win10, Outlook(Exchange), mobile phone support (Droid, Blackberry, & IPhone), Remote desktop tools, Citrix App support.
● 2+ years of experience in a high volume IT call center environment.
● 3+ years of direct interaction with customers and clients in a corporate or government environment.
● Min. 3 years' of experience in - End user support-Desktop support-Standard Applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, Flash player etc. and customized customer applications like Catia, ennovia, patran, nastran etc.

Desired Skills:
● Highly skilled in multi-tasking
● Highly skilled in typing
● Communication skills in both written and verbal are a must.
● Must be reliable and able to work independently.
