POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
This position is primarily responsible for the support of all activities assigned to the Distribution Manager and operates within the Dealer Central structure. This position interfaces with the Machinery Sales Managers, Program Planning and Traffic.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:Receives and enters all new orders for whole goods, maintains open order system and unsigned order log. Supports the sales force and dealer organization through inventory management of both dealer and company stocks.
:Assists in transferring field inventory to credit worthy dealers for relocation and retain sale.
:Assists in identifying credit worthy dealers who need inventory to sell or who have had inventory transferred out. Also assist in communicating order programs to dealers via phone and fax.
:Responsible for improving company communications to the dealer and field sales force through use of programs, telephone, and overall service to the customer.
:To coordinate and effectively utilize the Dealer Central and accounting functions in accomplishing the company billing and settlement plans.
:A college graduate with business administration or agricultural degree, or equivalent experience.
:Must be familiar with order entry, computer systems, and must be well organized in order to handle all assigned duties under minimal supervision.
:Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone in a friendly, congenial manner, elicit, and hold the cooperation of others plus have the ability to be organized and execute the company plan to maximum results.
:General knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
*Must be fluent in French language.
