Work you’ll do As an intern, you will be an integral member of a service delivery team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve problems, improve performance, and generate value our clients. You will have opportunities to create an impact and assume ownership of client deliverables which will range from adjusting business processes and developing functional system designs, to developing and conducting training, or even conceptualizing and implementing new health and human services related systems. Required Qualifications • Enrolled in an accredited University or College in pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in these or related areas of study: o Technology and Science: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems o Business: Analytics, Clinical Health Informatics, Health Administration, Business, Operations, Supply Chain • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0) • Demonstrates interest and aptitude for technology • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint • Strong communication skills • Team player • Willingness to be based in Atlanta, GA and travel throughout the state Preferred Qualifications (one or more of the following): • Health or human services knowledge or experience • Previous field support and/or training experience • Experience designing and developing reports using Oracle BI Publisher • Experience with SAS products • Experience working with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) How you’ll grow Throughout the course of the 8-10 week internship experience, you’ll receive formal and informal mentorship and training. The program includes a variety of team-based, hands-on exercises and activities.
