Title: Office Coordinator: 28909
As an Office Coordinator, you will manage administrative functions related to the entire facility: invoicing, outside suppliers, procurements/expenditures, events, and setting up interviewing to maintain consistency and efficiency throughout the office. In addition, you will
:Create, change and manage the PO creation for the unit, pay suppliers, purchase tools, supplies and services for the unit.
:Perform miscellaneous Human Resources (HR) functions like maintaining SAP records, screening production employee applications, setting up interviewing schedules and drug testing appointments as well as organize the records, interpreting and administering policies and procedures, coordinating and organizing retirements, facility events and acting as liaison in community involvement programs.
:Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process for supplemental and permanent wage employees to support the warehouse operation in alignment with UAW and Labor Relations.
:Create and maintain sensitive records and legal documents.
:Manage the records retention processes.
:Organize, enters, and maintain data for specific programs and departments.
:Provide work direction to and assist the support staff, which includes scheduling backup support for service areas to ensure these activities are maintained at the expected level of service.
:Facilitate and administer maintenance agreements, supplier contracts, and license requirements to ensure upkeep of the property with the appropriate legal compliances.
:Interface with other Company units and departments on issues related to area of responsibility.
:Assist with various building events, services, and travel arrangements (e.g. site visits, annual meetings, dealer visits, team building events, company picnics, volunteer teams, coordinate units United Way program and the facility rewards program. Participate in process improvement:related committees and workgroups.

What Skills You Need
:3 + years of administrative/clerical experience
:3 + years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
:2 + years of experience handling sensitive and confidential information
:2 + years of experience handling multiple projects and/or tasks, and to prioritize work as things arise
:Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
:High level of attention to detail and accuracy
:Experience operating standard office equipment (examples: printers, copiers, plotters)
:Proficient skills in planning and organizing
