Job Responsibilities
Golder Associates Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our North American Human Resources Team. This position will be based in our Atlanta, GA office (located in the Chamblee:Tucker area) and provide HR administrative support across our Americas southeast sub:region, which is currently comprised of approximately 470 employees across multiple states. This is a support role providing exemplary customer service to an internal client base which requires balancing multiple and changing priorities in a fast:paced environment in order to fulfill business needs.
The HR Administrator will report directly to the HR Leader, Southeast Americas and support this leader and the sub:region's HR Advisor in providing comprehensive HR service to managers and staff within the organization. This position will perform a wide variety of HR duties on a sub:regional scale such as, but not limited to, the following:
* Assist more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities;
* Provide HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely and effective manner;
* Enter and maintain employee records in HCMS/HRIS so that information is accurate and secure;
* Provide data for and prepare management information reports and documents;
* Support and coordinate various components of HR related programs;
* Perform various other related duties as required, including ad:hoc assistance to the Eastern Americas/U.S. HR Leader as necessary.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
* Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience involving progressive responsibility;
* Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with high level of responsiveness to internal clients;
* Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Possess high level of organization skills with the ability to prioritize projects;
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working for a national or multi:state employer in a professional services environment;
* HR Certification (or working towards and able to sit for exam within approximately one year).
* No relocation is provided. Local candidates will receive primary consideration.
