:Minimum 2:5 years of administrative experience or similar role with a strong desire to gain healthcare industry and health policy specific knowledge and experience.
:Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
:Must be detailed oriented and able to handle various tasks
:Analytical and problem solving skills.
:Ability to manage projects independently, as well as coordinate with other team members and be a team player.
:Ability to work with confidential material with discretion and integrity is required.
:Ability to work without close supervision and to provide quality work within agreed timelines.
:Ability to work within an international team environment and on occasion, outside of typical US business hours.
:Ability to prioritize, organize and plan workload and to anticipate issues and problem solve.

:Excellent planning and organizational skills.
:Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook.
:Knowledge/understanding to operate office equipment (e.g. fax, copier, scanner, etc.) proficiently.
:Occasional travel (5:10).
Primary Responsibilities (not limited to):
:Provides full administrative support to the Vice President, US Corporate Affairs and members of her leadership team
:Interface, partner, and collaborate with other coordinators/assistances/departments throughout the company on behalf of the department
:Extensive maintenance of VP's daily calendar and coordinate materials needed for daily activities; ability to coordinate the calendar, making independent decisions on attendance/conflicting meeting requests and comfortable using and scheduling through the Microsoft Outlook program.
:Proactive management of VP, Corporate Affairs inbox and management of routine responses.
:Act as the central point of contact and coordination of activities for VP, Corporate Affairs and extended team.
:Schedule and organize both domestic and international meetings (Face to face, Tele:Conference, Video Conference, etc.).
:Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, and must have experience in booking International travel.
:Prepare documents and correspondence, as appropriate, including letters to government officials.
:Coordinate extensive on and off:site meetings and receptions with internal and external stakeholders.
:Event and meeting planning, including experience organizing caterers, hotel contracting, travel, event/meeting space logistics, and managing attendees.
:Coordinate and assist with budget issues; aid in collaboration with finance to ensure budget tracking; Experience reporting monthly accruals and communications/database management for numerous project:specific vendors.
:Assist other members of department on specialized projects, as needed.
:Provide general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and preparing expense reports.
