We are looking for a Sr Executive Administrative Assistant. (Strong communication, Customer service and Organizational skills supporting high level executives)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in our (Atlanta) location. Primary responsibilities are to support the business unit of our clients member of Retail Individual Products Group with operational day to day duties. All tasks, responsibilities and assignments must be completed with the highest level of quality following regulatory procedures.
Candidates will work closely with both internal and external clients, so professionalism and effective communication skills are a must. Candidate must be able to excel in a team environment as well as serve as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate should exhibit an exceptional level of customer service, possess superb problem solving skills and demonstrate the ability to manage change effectively.
Duties may include:
:Candidates will answer phones and route calls; provide general information to clients; and refer questions and issues to appropriate staff or department for further information and problem resolution.
:Schedule and communicate in:office and on:campus appointments for client meetings as well as follow:up calls and confirmations
:Maintain on:campus visit calendars and coordinate sales/distribution presentation schedules
:Create internal/external correspondence using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) as well as create correspondence and/or log activities in client management system (Salesforce)
:Compile client data and research as directed
:May communicate with institutional administrators and act as liaison with WMAs, RMs and other select business partners
:Make routine travel arrangements and manage complete expense reports
:Order and maintain office supplies and marketing materials
:Schedule and set:up internal
meetings/conference calls/catering as required
:May act as liaison for office facilities and maintenance issues
:May act as liaison for vendors and ensure payment of office:related invoices are processed in a timely fashion
:May assist with our clients Board of Director communications
:Assist teammates as required and cover other duties during instances where team members are out of the office
Qualifications
High school diploma required, some college or college degree preferred
3: 5 years related experience required
Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel required
Ability to multi:task and produce results in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Organized, detail oriented and thorough follow through skills

Experience/proficiency in Salesforce a plus
Ability to interpret financial data and terminology a plus
No relocation offered
