The position of Executive Administrator, Marketing is responsible for administrative support for the VP Marketing, as well as the corporate Marketing team, comprised of 15 people in total including 7 in Director level positions or higher. Now that the legalese is out of the way, what we are looking for is a person who can keep the wheels on the bus as we join together to help our theme parks, water parks and aquariums reach their goals and delight our guests. ? Manage and maintain executives schedules.
? Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
? Make travel arrangements for executives, team members, and contractors as needed.
? Executing and managing the process of special events for vendors, internal, and external partners, and occasional public events.
? Develop and maintain close working relationships with property marketing administrators.
? Control, edit, and accurately maintain the marketing Corporate Scorecard and Competitive Analysis reports.
? Manage purchase card receipts and invoice processing for department.
? Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
? Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
? Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
? File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
? Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
? Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, vendors, and other external sources.
? Occasional projects on behalf of the department requiring research, synthesis of information, and reporting.
? Contact and follow:through with vendors regarding new products and inquiries.
? Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or bachelors degree in Business or retail:related field desired.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Five (5) or more years experience providing administrative support or retail
administration/management. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

JUDGMENT, PLANNING INITIATIVE REQUIRED: Must have high level of interpersonal. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. Must be highly organized, adept at proofreading, and the use of grammar and punctuation. Able to effectively manage multiple tasks with efficiency. Pleasant phone manner, exceptional communication skills and an ability to interact with individuals at all levels inside and outside the company.

SKILLS/JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
