Responsibilities include
• Proficiency in Spanish is required;
• Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of Immigration experience, a degree or ABA approved paralegal certificate and excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Candidates must be proficient in MS Word and Excel and immigration legal software and should have excellent writing skills;
• Compilation and organization of case information and documents;
• Creating and maintaining case chronologies;
• Communicating with clients;
• Perform legal research;
• Translating documents written in a foreign language;
• Creating and maintaining case chronologies;
• Evaluating the equivalency of foreign degrees;
• Coordinating paperwork related to papers for immigration or citizenship, including affidavits, petitions, applications
