Roles and Responsibilities:
:This position will serve as a primary Asset Management sales interface with AGCO's dealers
:Primary focus centers increasing sales turnover for lease return and repossessed assets and negotiation of lease:end options with dealers to improve lease retention rates and prevent returns to AGCO Finance inventory. These deliverables will be accomplished by:
:Fielding initial inquiries from both dealers and customers about our existing inventory on websites and our distributed sales listings;
:Use existing pricing tools and industry knowledge to develop leads and call upon dealers to more proactively drive inventory sales
:Address questions from other AGCO Finance personnel about pricing and end of lease offers
:Explore and develop new channels of business that do not create significant conflicts with AGCO's dealer network
:Provide strategic feedback for inventory pricing and end of lease offers, as gleaned from dealer and customer conversations, and help craft more effective tools to eliminate excess inventory and minimize lease returns
:Nurture leads in a systematic, professional, and disciplined manner to increase conversion
:Provide administrative support for inspection reviews and website updates
:Provide support as needed for other day:to:day Asset Management duties
Your profile:/h2:
Qualifications:
:Minimum 5 years experience with AGCO Dealer Network in a sales or sales support capacity preferred; relevant, comparable experience with other OEMs or in the agriculture industry will be considered for the right candidate
:Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural equipment is required; inspection or appraisal experience would be helpful
:Successful history of meeting sales targets and building rapport with dealers
:Inside Sales experience a plus, especially as it relates to phone sales effectiveness and manner
:Technical skills including familiarity with Excel, auction websites, Iron Guides, and AGCO Dealer PortalWe offer:/h2:
