The role of the Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator is to effectively execute the administrative needs of the Chief Marketing Officer, EVP of Product Management, and to support the overall office team with their day-to-day administrative requirements. It is likely that M2M will touch everyone s life every single day and in many ways - from applications ranging from connected vehicle applications to managing smart household appliances to managing your health and the cost of your utilities.Responsibilities of this position include: Develop and manage all the normal office routines and services generally associated with the role of an Administrative Assistant Apply appropriate due diligence, ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all requested documentation (ie reports, presentations, invoices, correspondence/communications, tables, charts, files, etc.) Organize logistics and prepare material for internal/external events and Board and Partner meetings Manage corporate travel partner service programs including American Express/Concur services and local executive requirements Collect and track data, research information, sort and distribute mail, balance and process expense reports, schedule and organize meetings, manage calendars, create and maintain files, order supplies, and provide general administrative support to the office Provide back-up support as office receptionist Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree or College Diploma strongly preferred At least two years of experience working in an office administrative role A team-oriented style, able to work through cross-functional and multi-level relationships Excellent operating knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Well-organized and deadline sensitive to meet goals Able to multi-task and set priorities Able to work independently Able to manage internal and external communications with all staff and customers while remaining professional at all times Diplomatic and discreet, with proven background in dealing with confidential personal or financial information Excellent oral and written communicator - must be fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish would be an asset Demonstrates our core competencies of customer focus, integrity, initiative, innovation, collaboration and results orientation Legally eligible to work in the United StatesWe appreciate the interest of all candidates but only those individuals selected for an interview will be contacted.KORE provides equal employment opportunity for all persons, in all facets of employment.
