Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking experienced Payroll Representatives for a growing company. In this position your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
*Ensuring new customers are set up in the HCM system (Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits) and assist customers with training and support to ensure they are self sufficient in submitting information for payroll entry, processing and printing and keep them informed of changes and updates.
*Answer all customer questions in a timely manner.
*Work with team members to ensure all customers are cared for when their representative is not available.
*Maintain accurate customer files and communication logs.
*Work primarily in the phone/fax queue for small groups as well as email.
Successful candidates must be career focused, have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. Also required 3:5 years in Payroll with customer facing responsibilities preferred. CPP or CEBS certification is desired. In addition to being detail oriented with experience in MS office products and above average communication skills.
A strong product, service and technical background is required and experience in supporting HCM solutions including Payroll, Time and Attendance and Benefits preferred.
